Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program pairs aspiring students with industry professionals, providing guidance, support, and invaluable networking opportunities. This initiative empowers participants to navigate their educational and career paths with confidence.
Scholarship Fund
EMBARK's Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to deserving applicants pursuing education in aviation and STEM. We believe that financial barriers should not hinder talented individuals from achieving their dreams.
Community Engagement
We host events aimed at increasing awareness and interest in aviation and STEM careers. These interactive sessions spark curiosity and provide hands-on experiences that inspire future innovators.

Our Scholars
Scholarship: Wilson Family Scholarship (2025)
Purpose: Completion of Commercial Pilot Certificate.
Biography: Jasper was the inaugural Wilson Family Scholarship recipient and is pursuing a career in corporate aviation.
Jasper Grey
Scholarship: Commercial Pilot Scholarship (06/2025)
Purpose: Financial commitment to assist in completing her Commercial Pilot Certificate based upon an approved training plan.
Biography: Bridget is pursuing her Commercial Pilot Certificate with the goal of a professional aviation career.
Bridget Higgins
Scholarship: Wilson Family Instrument Rating Scholarship (02/2026)
Purpose: Assistance with obtaining Instrument Rating.
Biography: Giovanni discovered aviation through the Bob Hoover Academy and aspires to become an international airline pilot.
Giovanni Elizalde
Scholarship: Wilson Family Instrument Rating Scholarship (06/2026)
Purpose: Assistance toward completion of Instrument Rating.
Biography: Sydney serves as President of the Salinas Pilots Association and is pursuing her instrument, commercial and CFI certificates.
